Last week we ran a contest on Facebook where our fans submitted Fall Festival Tips! Here is a list of the winners and their tips for visiting the Fall Festival!
Lisa Alvarado: The best tip I can say is to wear comfortable shoes, and bring a sweater!
Kelly Sabine: Remember that your tickets/wristbands are good all day - sometimes we go during the week in the morning with the little ones and after they nap it off go back later that afternoon for a couple hours when the big kids are out of school.
Sheri James: Pick a meeting spot (like the stage) in case you get separated and/or put your cell number on a piece of paper in their pocket (your child) to give to a Cox staff member if anyone gets lost.
Kennedy Velasco: I’d say to head out to the farm, even if it there is a potential for rain - you can still have fun even if it’s gloomy and overcast and it may only drizzle for a few minutes! An added bonus - the lines will be shorter because you’ll be braver than most!
Jen Delean: Makes for a great Friday family night out! You still get to enjoy the weekday admission. Plan to grab a pizza there for dinner, and hit all the rides (hayrides, slides, etc.)!
Nicole Acevedo: Bring a camera for all the awesome picture opportunities. Pack a lunch/ snacks for the kids, bring plenty of water.
Darlene Darden: Don’t forget the kettle corn for the hayride and really participate…makes it much easier getting past the trolls! :)
